Gayle Evans is President and Principal of Continuum Healthcare Consultants. She and her team have led ambulatory surgery centers through surgery center development and startup, accreditation / regulatory compliance and ASC since 1997. Gayle has contributed to national and state surgery center publications throughout her career, and she speaks at state and national organizations on current issues related to surgery centers operations.
With years of multispecialty surgery experience as a staff nurse and manager, Gayle is a seasoned professional with management and operations experience at several leading medical facilities including a 12-room surgery department, mobile lithotripsy services, and the first U.S. research unit for biliary lithotripsy. She has held numerous surgery leadership positions including serving as a steering committee member and team leader for HCA’s initial managing quality program.
In 2005, Gayle was selected by Today’s Surgicenter magazine for the “Who’s Who in Ambulatory Surgery Industry.” Becker’s ASC Review selected Gayle as “39 Women Leaders to Know” in October 2008. In 2009, she was noted in Becker’s ASC Review “66 Women to know in the ASC Industry.”
Gayle has been active in many professional associations. She is a founding member, secretary treasurer and program chairman of the Georgia Society of Ambulatory Surgery Centers. She has served on the Advisory Board for Broadlane’s Ambulatory Surgery Committee. She is a past member of the board of directors, allied chairperson of several committees and allied president of the American Lithotripsy Society. Additionally, she has served in multiple offices for the various AORN chapters, including chapter president.

Sandra has been Senior Project Manager for Continuum Healthcare Consultants since 2002. Her foundation in working with clients to complete initial applications for licensure, Medicare Certification and accreditation provides a seamless process for timely completion. She works with clients to understand how to best implement a policy or standard regardless of their ASC’s size. Sandra backs up all her client interactions with evidence-based literature, utilizing national recognized standards keeping the structure of the client’s organization in mind.
She is a graduate of the University of Alabama Birmingham’s Physician Assistant program, and before joining CHC, she worked as a surgical Physician Assistant in multiple specialties.
Jessica joined Continuum Healthcare Consultants as a Client Services Specialist in 2019. She supports the office staff by assisting with project management for clients, maintaining policy manuals and administrative functions of office operations. She has experience in management and marketing with companies that include Chick-fil-A. She is passionate about helping others through communication and provision of resources. Jessica’s technical skills led CHC to strategically implement technology that catapulted the company to launch its first virtual two-day Infection Control Seminar in 2020.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration of Marketing from Middle Georgia State College.
